ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • please provide a hd picture, especially for bigger projects such as slogans, banners and advertisements! if you wish to use a picture from a fansite, please make sure to ask for permission, i will be checking.

  • 50% of the payment will be charged if you cancel after i have already started working on it. please inform me right away if you wish to cancel.

  • I am not a professional graphic designer; I do this as a hobby and freelance work, so there are some limitations to what I can offer.

  • you can be as specific as you want in your design details and i will do my best to follow. if i am not able to execute a design, i will let you know.

  • please do let me know the measurements and dpi if it's necessary! otherwise i will use default measurements and dpi.

  • i will make amendments up to 3 times only. additional revisions will be charged. if you want to avoid this, please be as detailed as possible in your design details.

  • please mention me on twitter if i do not reply to your dm within 12 hours!

  • rush orders are charged with rm5 per design.

  • all notices will be watermarked with design by stardustdsgn except for private orders.

1. how do I commission a design?simply send me a dm and we will discuss on how to proceed. you can also refer here. for returning customers, please do not send an email right away and send a dm first to confirm availability.2. how many amendments can i make?you can make amendments to the design up to (3) times! additional amendments may be charged. if you want to revisit a design that we have agreed on (paid design), there will also be additional charges.3. can I provide two different pictures for the cup sleeves so I can compare and decide which one looks better?yes you may. however, please note that there will be an additional charge as I will need to edit the picture.4. when do i make payment for the design?you will make payment once we have finalized the design. i will send the design files to you once payment has been received.5. what type of file will I receive?you will receive the design files in jpeg/png form unless you request for PSD or pdf files. i only use adobe photoshop for my designs, so please refer to your printing service if they do accept jpeg/png/psd/pdf.6. what should i write in the email?please provide the design details, including the theme, colors, images, and any specific text to be included. if you prefer, you can leave certain elements up to my creativity. feel free to share any inspiration or references as well.7. can my design not be featured as a part of your portfolio?yes. there will be an additional charge of RM5 for private requests, and I will not include my watermark.8. do you only offer design services? can you draw a fanart?currently, I only offer design services that can be created using Adobe Photoshop. I also do simple doodles, but I do not create fan art.9. do you only design items that are listed on your profile?I can also design any item as long as you provide a template or sizing guide. If the item you want isn’t listed, feel free to send me a dm to discuss your request.10. can i use the design you made for commercial purposes?yes. however, additional charges may apply, so please inform me in advance if you wish to distribute it commercially.
